KIKI PILATES STUDIO POLICIES

General Policies

  • KP Studio reserves the right to cancel classes with less than 3 participants.

  • Class must be paid in full before attending.

  • Any physical limitations need to be discussed with your instructor prior to class.

  • Street shoes are prohibited in the equipment studio.  Clean indoor sneakers are allowed for select studio classes.

  • Please arrive on time. Class space will be given up to anyone on the wait list at the start of the class.

  • Gum is not permitted in class.

  • No cell phones please 

  • Long hair must be pulled back. 

  • Bottled water is available for purchase.

Refunds/Cancelations 

Class series packages expire 3-months after date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Unlimited monthly packages are auto-deducted.  A 30 day written notification is required for monthly unlimited package cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

Kiki Pilates has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy on all regularly scheduled classes/sessions. If you do not cancel a class or appointment within this time frame, a session will be deducted from your package.  Unlimited  memberships  will be charged a $15 fee.  Cancellations must be made on mindbody.  we are unable to accept cancellations via phone call, text or email.

Weather Policy

Winter Weather Policy In the unfortunate case of inclement weather please check for cancellations first. For the most up to date class cancellations Mindbody Connect App on your cell phone, Kiki Pilates Studio's Facebook page or call the club . If the class you have signed up for is cancelled we will contact you directly. You may also call our studio (978)777-3151 as we will update our outgoing voice message if studios are closed.

 

We try to stay open during all weather conditions but safety is our first priority. Please use your judgement and stay home if you feel unsafe driving. A late cancel due to bad weather will not be counted against your account. Please check with us first before you venture to the studio in bad weather. Weather is unpredictable in New England and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Class Attendance 

 

We intend to offer all scheduled classes, even if they are not full. However, if a class does not have two or more clients registered two hours prior to class, we reserve the right to cancel that class. Those who are signed up will be notified via their preferred contact method. If a class is cancelled three times in a four-week period, we may need to remove it from the schedule.
