INTERMEDIATE REFORMER

Elevate your Pilates practice with our intermediate Reformer class, designed for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to take on an advanced repertoire. Our certified instructors will guide you through a faster-paced series of intermediate and advanced-level exercises, focusing on precision, strength, and control. With the added resistance of more challenging Reformer springs, you'll further sculpt your body, improve flexibility, and deepen your mind-body connection. Approval from an instructor is needed before registering for this class.

TOWER & SPRINGS

The Pilates Tower incorporates springs, bars, and straps to offer a wide range of exercises that target every major muscle group in your body. "Springs" class focuses on building core strength, improving posture and alignment, and developing a heightened awareness of your body's movements. MIXED LEVEL REFORMER

This small group reformer class offers a balanced blend of foundational and intermediate exercises, ensuring all levels can participate and progress at their own pace. Led by our skilled instructors, this class offers a variety of classical pilates exercises, always focused on quality of movement and proper form. Introductory reformer experience is necessary.

JUMP BOARD & JUMP COMBO

Jumpstart your Pilates routine with our dynamic Pilates Jump Board class, which blends cardiovascular intensity with core-strengthening exercises.
