FLUID MOTION; PILATES FOR MOBILITY
Welcome to Fluid Motion, a Pilates class dedicated to unlocking your body's natural potential through the art of mobility. Our expert instructors guide you through gentle, flowing exercises designed to:

INTERMEDIATE REFORMER
Elevate your Pilates practice with our intermediate Reformer class, designed for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to take on an advanced repertoire. Our certified instructors will guide you through a faster-paced series of intermediate and advanced-level exercises, focusing on precision, strength, and control. With the added resistance of more challenging Reformer springs, you'll further sculpt your body, improve flexibility, and deepen your mind-body connection. Approval from an instructor is needed before registering for this class.
ELITE STRETCH -SWEDISH BARS
In our Elite Stretch class, we garner the benefits of Stall Bars, an effective tool for enhancing flexibility and mobility throughout your body.
These versatile bars find utility among gymnasts, fitness enthusiasts, and individuals seeking mobility, rehabilitation, or pre-rehabilitation exercises. Our specialized approach is tailored to provide relief for those with conditions like Scoliosis and Arthritis, offering a holistic approach to alleviate discomfort and enhance overall well-being.
DYNAMIC CORE & BALANCE
Harness the power of your body's resistance to sculpt a stronger core and enhance your balance. This class is a fusion of dynamic movements, body weight exercises, and balance challenges aimed at reining your stability and fortifying your core muscles.
We use up to 5lb weights and Magic Circle

FORM AND FLOW
Form and Flow focuses on controlled movement, precision, and the power of breath. This slower-paced Pilates Reformer class emphasizes form, alignment, and mindful breathing to enhance your practice. You’ll work your core, arms, legs, and more with adjustable resistance, moving intentionally through each exercise. Whether lying down, kneeling, or standing, you'll use breath control to drive strength, flexibility, and stability, while staying deeply connected to each movement. TOWER OF POWER (WALL UNIT)
The Pilates Tower incorporates springs, bars, and straps to offer a wide range of exercises that target every major muscle group in your body. "Springs" class focuses on building core strength, improving posture and alignment, and developing a heightened awareness of your body's movements. Designed for those who love Pilates and want the burn, this class is perfect for those who want to get in shape and feel stronger, more flexible, and in tune with your body.

Mat Pilates is where the purest form of Joseph Pilates' method comes to life. This class focuses on a series of mat-based exercises that strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and promote full-body coordination.
