FLUID MOTION: PILATES FOR MOBILITY & CONNECTION
LEVEL: ALL LEVELS WELCOME
An all-level Pilates experience that wakes up your body-without wearing it down!
This class blends Mat Pilates, mobility drills, and small props to unlock tight areas, improve posture, and build total-body awareness. You'll move with ease, breathe with intention and finish gentle strength work on various apparatus.

FORM AND FLOW
LEVEL:
Form and Flow is where strength meets control. This session is all about building stamina, mastering movement, and unlocking your body’s full potential. With a focus on the classical Pilates repertoire, you'll work through intentional, controlled movements on the Reformer and other apparatus, focusing on building strength from the inside out. Every exercise is designed to refine your alignment and boost your endurance, all while pushing your limits and staying in control. Get ready to power up your practice—this is where real progress begins, and your body becomes stronger, more aligned, and more controlled with every session.

INTERMEDIATE REFORMER
LEVEL:
Elevate your Pilates practice with our intermediate Reformer session designed for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to take on an advanced repertoire. Our certified instructors will guide you through a faster-paced series of intermediate and advanced-level exercises, focusing on precision, strength, and control. With the added resistance of more challenging Reformer springs, you'll further sculpt your body, improve flexibility, and deepen your mind-body connection. Approval from an instructor is needed before registering for this class.

TOWER OF POWER (WALL UNIT)

The Tower or Wall unit incorporates springs, bars, and straps to offer a wide range of exercises that target every major muscle group in your body. "Springs" class focuses on building core strength, improving posture and alignment, and developing a heightened awareness of your body's movements. Designed for those who love Pilates and want the burn, this class is perfect for those who want to get in shape and feel stronger, more flexible, and in tune with your body.

ALL LEVEL TOWER

Get ready to rock Pilates!
In this Tower/Springs session, you’ll use resistive springs attached to the Tower to engage your whole body. This classical Pilates workout combines strength, flexibility, and endurance, integrating everything from mat work to feet in straps and arm exercises. It’s a comprehensive full-body experience that improves muscle endurance, spinal mobility, and symmetry—all while challenging your body in a smooth, controlled, and incredibly effective way. This class focuses on a series of mat-based exercises that strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and promote full-body coordination. Led by our dedicated instructors, you'll follow the traditional Pilates repertoire, emphasizing precise movements and controlled breathing that will sculpt your body, enhance your posture, and leave you feeling rejuvenated and revitalized.

ALL LEVEL EQUIPMENT CLASS - DYNAMIC CORE FLOW

From “I Can’t” to “Watch Me” — one layer at a time.
This all-levels Pilates equipment class blends Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Mat work for a full-body workout that builds strength, alignment, and mobility—without overwhelm.
You’ll move at your own pace as we layer each exercise with intention, progressing from the basics to more dynamic, flowing movement. It’s fun, challenging, and totally doable.

LEVEL: NOT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS OR CLIENTS WORKING WITH INJURIES

This class is for experienced movers with a strong Pilates foundation, ready to challenge their control, stamina, and skill. You’ll move through advanced sequences on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Mat, using increased resistance, layered movement, and refined technique.
Expect high-level core work, deeper mobility, and elevated intensity—all designed to strengthen, align, and push your practice further.
What to Expect:
Dynamic full-body sequences with advanced spring and apparatus work
Focus on core control, alignment, balance, and endurance
Faster-paced movement with precision and minimal cueing
A system built on strength, flow, and full-body awareness
Important:
This class is not suitable for injuries or beginners. Participants must confidently set up their equipment and springs, move independently, and make personal modifications as needed.
You’re welcome to make your own adjustments—this class moves continuously and won’t pause for one-on-one corrections.
Instructor permission is required to enter this class.
