What are Equipment Classes?

Hey– Been taking Reformer Classes??

Pilates is a method of movement, not a machine. At Kiki Pilates, we use a variety of apparatus to teach you how to move, not just what to do. We meet you exactly where you are—helping change movement patterns, improve alignment, and build freedom, balance, and control in your body.

Classes are small (max 6). We blend Mat with apparatus—or mix equipment within a session—to create smart, balanced workouts that support your body, not fight it.

All levels welcome. This is Pilates as a system—taught with intention.

  • Faster-paced Reformer class building on a strong Pilates foundation

  • Intermediate + advanced repertoire with increased spring resistance

  • Focus on precision, strength, control, and flow

  • Sculpt, challenge, and refine your full-body practice

  • Instructor approval required prior to registration

  • Wall Unit/Tower-based Pilates using springs, bars, and straps
