Group Ride is a fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling workout that kills calories in record time - up to 900 in a single class. It's a team cycling experience that incorporates the best of indoor cycling and motivational coaching techniques. And it’s suited for any age and any fitness level.

Group Ride is designed to ensure a safe, simple and effective ride — every time. Each Group Ride instructor is highly trained to maximize each class experience, from proper set-up and positioning to providing options for beginners. In addition, each song in an Group Ride class has its own feel and style that is captured by the movements and speed of different cycling scenarios such as short sprints or climbs - ensuring each class is World Class.
