Whether you're looking to shape and tone or simply improve the overall health of your body, you'll find the approach that's right for you at Kiki Pilates. Let us help you design a program in order to obtain your fitness goals.  Our workouts are safe yet challenging and emphasize correct posture and abdominal strength while providing you with overall toning!

Private Training & Semi-Private Training
Work with one of our hand-selected trainers through isometric exercises developed to simultaneously stretch, strengthen, tone and align the body while eliminating excess tension and strain on the joints. Our trainers will guide you through Pilates paces to develop body uniformity, improve posture, lengthen and stretch musculature, restore and increase physical vitality, stimulate the mind and elevate the spirit.

Reformer Classes
Reformer classes are designed to offer a challenging workout for clients in a group setting. The classes are based on the classic Pilates exercises and will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. Classes are 50 minutes long and are conducted entirely on the reformer. Classes are led by trained instructors and limited in size to four. A pre-requisite of one private session which is included in purchased reformer cards of 10 or more.

Pilates for Men Reformer Classes

Pilates is the key to achieving athletic excellence; it can perfect your performance in every sport as well as provide a variation to your regular strength training routine.  Sharpen agility, boost strength and endurance, and prevent injury. Learn how to isolate muscles and increase movement efficiency while emphasizing core stability in this sport-specific Reformer-based workout designed for men and the driven athlete.

Mat Classes

The true essence of all Pilates work. Mat classes offer an aerobic series of floor work exercises designed to create body alignment, long, lean muscles and core strength. Adding mat classes to your existing program or incorporating with reformer classes are extremely beneficial.

Standing Pilates
Just when you thought your Pilates mat class was challenging enough, along comes a hybrid that will bring you to your feet!  Like traditional mat Pilates, Standing Pilates strengthens your core to give you flatter abs and a longer, leaner look.  But because Standing Pilates is done from a vertical position, primarily standing on one leg at a time, you'll work harder to overcome the force of gravity - and that means you'll get a lower body blast simultaneously.

Dynamic Core
This is Kiki's signature class. Low impact cardio movement incorporating functional training, yoga and pilates moves.  We blend all the moves to elevate the heart rate, work efficiently and it's all done in your bare feet to strengthen all the muscles, all done to upbeat motivating music!  YOUR 1st CLASS IS ALWAYS FREE!!  Dynamic Core is exclusively offered at Kiki Pilates and Beverly Athletic Club

Nia
Nia is a dynamic total-body cardiovascular fitness & lifestyle program that stimulates and integrates your mind-body-spirit.  Nia blends dance dance, martial arts & healing arts, leaving you feeling recharged, rejuvenated and fully alive.  Practiced barefoot to music, Nia is a self-guided, adaptable and safe for any fitness level, from stiff beginners to highly fit athletes.

Group Ride

Group Ride is a fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling workout that kills calories in record time - up to 900 in a single class. It's a team cycling experience that incorporates the best of indoor cycling and motivational coaching techniques. And it’s suited for any age and any fitness level.

 I would love to share that since joining BAC & Kiki Pilates  in January with severe lower back pain, inability to do many of my favorite things without pain, I now am able to join in my regular life pain free about 95% of the time.This is thanks to Pilates, of which I abandoned a few years ago and regretfully paid the price of not keeping it up.
